Ilie is a Partner having 7 years of experience in in valuation and consulting. Ilie started to work with Darian in 2010. The fields of expertise where he currently coordinates projects are the following:

• valuation for financial reporting purposes, among which purchase price allocation (PPA);
• valuation to assist companies in securing funds;
• business valuation for M&A;
• business or real estate valuation for court and out-of-court related litigation.

His experience is related mainly to clients from the following fields:

• the food sector, with a focus on the dairy industry;
• the building materials sector, mainly cement and AAC;
• the energy sector, mainly renewables power plants.

Ilie has been an authorized valuer since 2011 and specializes in two fields of valuation: business and real estate. He is an accredited member in real estate valuation, where he is also a reviewer.

A graduate of the Diagnose and Valuation master’s program, Ilie is a trustworthy partner in the analysis of the economic results of a company and its assets.
