Adrian is a Senior Partner and Operational Director at Darian. He has 17 years of experience in the field of consulting and joined Darian team in 2001. His fields of expertise are the following:

• Management consulting, M&A and other transactions;
• Capital markets business valuation;
• Intangible asset valuation.

His experience is mainly related to clients from the following fields:

• metallurgical industry;
• utilities transport and distribution, especially power and gas;
• commercial real estate, especially retail and DIY hardware.

An authorized valuer and a member of ANEVAR since 2001, he specializes in all 5 fields of valuation: business, intangible assets, real estate, personal property, financial instruments and valuation review. He is an accredited ANEVAR member (MAA) for two specialties (real estate and business valuation), also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a REV (Recognised European Valuer).

He is a graduate of the Diagnose-analysis and Business Valuation master’s program of Universitatea de Vest of Timisoara and a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF) since 2013.

He is a lecturer with ANEVAR for real estate valuation (EPI), business valuation (EI) and personal property valuation (EBM) and was appointed a Treasurer with ANEVAR’s Board in 2013.
