Adrian is a Partner, having more than 13 year of experience in valuation and consulting. He started his professional path with Darian, back in 2004, and his current fields of expertise, where he coordinates projects are:

• business valuation and asset valuation for M&A;
• valuation in insolvency/reorganization;
• valuation for financial reporting purposes.

His experience is mainly linked to clients in the following fields:

• agribusiness – mainly agricultural land, grain storage facilities, animal farming and farming equipment;
• the processing industry, chiefly the rolling stock and shipbuilding sectors, automotive and food industries;
• real estate, with a special focus on logistics facilities and office buildings.

Adrian is an authorized valuer since 2005 and his expertise covers the four fields of valuation: business, real estate, financial instruments and personal property. He is an accredited member in real estate valuation, where he also holds the valuation review qualification.

In 2005, he graduated the master’s program “Business Analysis, Diagnose and Business Management” of Universitatea de Vest of Timisoara.
