Ana-Maria Panton is a Transfer Pricing Manager for Darian DRS Tax and has an extensive experience in the transfer pricing field, experience she gained within Darian DRS Tax and other well known tax consultancy companies.

Her areas of expertise include transfer pricing methodologies, preparation of the transfer pricing documentation as well as preparation of advanced price agreements.

She has been a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants in Romania since 2013. Ana-Maria also holds a degree in International Taxation and Transfer Pricing issued by the Chartered Institute of Taxation, United Kingdom.

Ana-Maria graduated the Faculty of Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest.
