Denisa is Transfer Pricing Senior at Darian DRS Tax and she gained significant professional experience in the area of transfer pricing, within Darian DRS Tax.

During her professional activity, Denisa prepared various transfer pricing documentation through the projects in various industries in which she was involved, the most relevant being: IT&C, Energy, Retail and Consumer Goods.

Denisa holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in foreign languages from the Academy of Economic Studies of Bucharest, an institution where she further graduated the master in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration.
