Ciprian is a Partner, having 13 years of experience in valuation and consulting, and started his activity with Darian, back in 2004. His current fields of expertise, where he coordinates projects are the following:

• business valuation for M&A, delisting from the stock exchange;
• valuation in insolvency/reorganizations;
• valuation for financial reporting purposes.

His experience is related mainly to clients from the following fields:

• oil and gas – fuel stations and drilling activities;
• the energy sector, especially heat and power plants;
• the processing industry, focusing mainly on building materials, automotive, grain milling and bakery.

Ciprian is an authorized valuer since 2006 and specializes in three fields of valuation: business, real estate and personal property. He is an accredited member in real estate valuation, where is also a reviewer.

A graduate of the Masters in Financial Administration of Businesses, he also holds a PhD in Economics – Business Valuation specialty since 2013 from Universitatea de Vest of Timisoara and is an associate professor in the same university. He is a lecturer with ANEVAR for real estate valuation (EPI) and personal property valuation (EBM).
