Andreea is a Partner with more than 10 years of experience in valuation and consulting. She started her career path with Darian in 2007 and she currently coordinates projects in the following fields of expertise:

• business valuation for M&A, listing and delisting on the stock exchange;
• valuation for purchase price allocation;
• valuation for financial reporting purposes;
• business or real estate valuation for court or out-of-court related litigation.

Her experience is mainly linked to clients from the following fields:

• pharmaceutical industry: pharmaceutical products manufacturing, distribution and retail;
• the energy sector: oil, power and gas transport, distribution and supply;
• processing industry: metallurgy, fertilizers, automotive, building materials;
• FMCG retail: shopping malls, hypermarkets, DIY;
• the construction sector.

Andreea is an authorized valuer since 2008 and specializes in three fields of valuation: business, real estate and personal property valuation. She is an accredited member in the field of business valuation, where is also a qualified reviewer.

She is a graduate from Economics and Business Management, Finance – Banks and Accounting specialization, followed by a master’s program in “Audit and Accounting Convergence” of Babes Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca.

She is also a lecturer with ANEVAR for EPI (real estate valuation) and EI (business valuation) specialties.
